11099 Income Totals
These three totals become your "Total Business Income" line. Bank deposits from Amazon/Walmart/eBay marked in your statement will show separately so you can double-check they reconcile — they won't be double-counted in the total.
2Amazon Marketplace Fee Summary
Amazon nets its own fees (selling fees, FBA fees, shipping labels, advertising) out of your sales before transferring the balance to your bank — so those fees never show up as bank transactions anywhere in this tool. Upload Amazon's "Custom Unified Transaction Summary" report (Seller Central → Reports → Date Range Reports) for the year and this will read the Expenses column and create one deductible expense entry per fee category, dated the last day of the report period. It will also offer to fill in the Amazon 1099-K box above with this report's Income total, since Amazon's actual 1099-K form doesn't break out expenses the way this report does.
3eBay Transaction Report
Like Amazon, eBay nets most of its fees and shipping-label costs out of your sales before paying you — but eBay has a wrinkle: when your eBay balance can't cover a shipping label or refund, it charges the shortfall directly to your linked bank account or card, and that charge already shows up in your bank transactions. Upload eBay's "Transaction report" CSV (Seller Hub → Reports → Transaction report, not the "Financial Summary" PDF) for the year and this will match those direct charges back to their source and skip them — then import only the shipping-label costs and fees that never touched your bank at all.

Add One Manually
Works best with one transaction per line: a date, a description, and an amount (negative or in a "debit" style = expense). Rows it can't confidently read will land in "Needs Review" so nothing gets lost — check the table below after parsing.
Use a negative amount for money out (an expense) and a positive amount for money in (income).

Deleting one of a pair removes that row and only that row — but once its twin has nothing left to match, it stops being flagged as a duplicate and drops out of this view. Switch to "All" to see it's still there.
No transactions yet — upload a CSV, paste statement lines, or add one manually above.

This tool sorts and totals your transactions for your own review — it isn't tax advice, and it doesn't file anything. Anything flagged "Needs Review" should be checked before you hand totals to your advisor, and it's worth a final look-over from LB Tax & Business Advisors (or your CPA) before filing, especially for mixed personal/business charges. Your data syncs to your private Supabase project so you and your business partner see the same information — it isn't stored anywhere else. Deleted transactions aren't erased immediately — they sit under "Recently Deleted" for 30 days in case you need to bring one back.
